Returns, Refunds, Replacement & Exchange Policy:

Firstly, Thank You for Shopping at SwissWatchHongkong But, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Also, as we are in this business from the last 18 years, looking at our returns / refunds data, we can proudly say that the returns rate is down to 1 out of 100 orders that we ship out, and this too because the watch was not handled properly by the courier agents in some countries. So, whenever something happens which is beyond our control:
 
We can resolve your issue by the following ways:

1. Replacements – In the Case of Manufacturing Defects.
2. Return and Refunds – In Case of you not liking our products.
 
REPLACEMENT POLICY (In the Case of Manufacturing Defects):

– We give a 10 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on all our products for any manufacturing defects. Our business thrives on good reputation. We know how important it is that every customer be happy with their purchase every time they visit our online shop. We give a 2 Year Warranty on all products. But, still if you do not like our products Swiss Watch Club gives 10 days Replacement Warranty for all the products if any manufacturing defect occurs.
 
Process of Replacement :

– Customers have to notify us of any damage or manufacturing defect within 10 days from the date of delivery.
– Return Shipping price would be borne by us, and we will arrange a pickup from customers address.
– After receiving the defective product and checking the cause of damage, We will ship a brand new product at no extra cost.
– Swiss Watch Club will try to replace the specific product ordered in a Maximum of 30 days from the date of Delivery.
– However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.
– The 10 days replacement warranty is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
 
RETURNS and REFUND POLICY (In Case of you not liking our products):
 
Process of Return:

– Please inform us by email:  DMLuxury@hotmail.com or Call / WhatsAPP us on +1-6827049932  before sending the product back.
– You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
– Return Shipping charges will be borne by Buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Process of Refunds:

– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
– We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by NEFT Bank Transfer.
– You will receive the credit within 6 to 7 working days in your bank.
